Solid Cherry Dining Room Set by Gibbard in Telegraph Cove, British Columbia

This is solid cherry dining room set originally manufactured in Gibbard in Napanee, Ontario. It includes a buffet with an upper china cabinet, a table with 2 additional leaves, 2 captains chairs and 4 side chairs. The style is cald "Chantilly" which is similar to French Provincial. The table is 54 inches long, 38 inches wide, and 30 inches tall. Each of the 2 table leaves is 12 inches, so the table can expand to 78 inches long. The china cabinet/buffet unit features, glass shelves, back lighting, and felt lined drawers. It is 74 inches tall, 54 inches wide and 20 inches deep. The cane back chairs are approximately 20 inches wide, 18 inches deep, and 41 inches tall. The seat of the chairs is 18 above the floor. It is in excellent condition for its age and the table still has the Gibbard mirror-like finish.
